HI, I’M KAREN.

I am a career catalyst who helps creative leaders take charge of their careers so they can confidently achieve the success that they want. I partner with clients to help them get unstuck, tap into their greatest potential, and attract viable opportunities to level up their careers and get them from where they are to where they want to be.

For over two decades, I built my career telling captivating stories as the creative lead for 300 hours of unscripted programming for some of the largest global brands (Netflix, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers Discovery, A&E, National Geographic, and Shopify, to name a few). In guiding over 25 multi-million-dollar projects from development through distribution, I delivered exceptional creative execution and profitable results.

As a Certified Professional Coach, I believe that the most important story we tell is our own, and I help creative leaders JUST LIKE YOU build awareness of how they show up, define their values, tap into their superpowers, and create their message as they look to advance their careers, become more effective leaders, transition professions, and seek greater purpose and fulfillment.
