HI, I’M KAREN.
I am a career catalyst who helps creative leaders take charge of their careers so they can confidently achieve the success that they want. I partner with clients to help them get unstuck, tap into their greatest potential, and attract viable opportunities to level up their careers and get them from where they are to where they want to be.
For over two decades, I built my career telling captivating stories as the creative lead for 300 hours of unscripted programming for some of the largest global brands (Netflix, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers Discovery, A&E, National Geographic, and Shopify, to name a few). In guiding over 25 multi-million-dollar projects from development through distribution, I added value for my clients by delivering exceptional creative execution and profitable results.
I also consult B2Bs and brands seeking growth, working directly with founders and executive leadership as a Chief Media Strategist. A dynamic creative leader, I specialize in content creation, marketing, and strategy to encourage thoughtful partnerships to create global impact.
It has always been about inspiring people while collaborating with thousands of creative industry professionals and cross-functional teams from the production suite to the C-Suite. Throughout my career, I was most passionate about creating a supportive environment where creatives were encouraged to connect, collaborate, grow, experiment, and thrive. Even with my content reaching an audience of millions, one of my greatest successes was to witness transformation on a 1:1 basis or within a team.
So I went all-in to serve creative professionals and leaders in a new way through coaching. I am a Certified Professional Coach who graduated from one of the top 3 coaching programs in the world (iPEC) and am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member. I believe that the most important story we tell is our own, and I help clients build awareness of how they show up, define their values, tap into their superpowers, and create their message as they look to advance their careers, become more effective leaders, transition professions, and seek greater purpose and fulfillment.
I listen without judgment, lead with curiosity, and thoughtfully ask the hard questions. I hold space for clients to show up as their authentic selves and help them re-discover their confidence as they put themselves out there in a new way in their careers. I support my clients in creating goals, breaking them down into achievable steps, and driving accountability so they can intentionally take charge of their lives and make their career dreams a reality.
I also love leading workshops and inspiring audiences to live big in their career by taking action.
